Edelman to Acquire Award-Winning Agency DABO & CO

Edelman today announced that it plans to acquire independent communications agency DABO & CO to join forces and create a new powerhouse in the Middle East communications industry. The joint ambition will see the existing Edelman United Arab Emirates operation and DABO & CO unite to form evolved communications marketing firms that meet the demand by brands for increasingly integrated business solutions. The acquisition will provide instant economies of scale, taking local operations to more than 150 employees and supporting an integrated communications offering with specialist digital, research and event capabilities across the region.
